Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IntactShot (the “Service”), operated by Fatih Sancar, an individual based in Türkiye(“we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

IntactShot generates vertical (9:16) promotional video using AI, from material you supply. Two kinds of advertiser are supported: physical ecommerce products, where you upload a product photograph or a product page link, and software, where you upload an app or web interface screenshot or a link to it. In both cases a synthetic presenter from our library talks about what you supplied.

Anything that can neither be held in a hand nor shown on a screen — services, venues, events — is outside what the Service is built for, and we make no quality guarantee for those inputs.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email address and must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for your account’s security and for everything done with it.
• You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
• An account cannot be created without accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy — the sign-up form will not submit until that box is ticked, whether you sign up with an email address or with Google.
• What we keep, in case a payment is ever disputed: the account record and the date it was created, the email address it was opened with, sign-in records held by our authentication provider, and a log of every video generated on the account — its date, its length and the credits it cost. Payment records themselves are held by Lemon Squeezy.

3. Subscription and credits

• The Service is sold as a subscription. Plans start at $29 per month and grant your account that plan’s credits on every billing period. There is no free trial and no signup credit — an account cannot generate anything until a plan is paid for.
• 1 second of video = 5 credits. An 8-second video costs 40 credits. Credits are deducted up front, the moment you press Generate and the job is queued, because our own generation costs start there.
• If generation fails because of a fault on our side, the deducted credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you then generate again, that is a new job and it costs credits again.
• Unused credits do not roll over. On each successful payment your balance is reset to your plan’s allowance rather than topped up, so credits left over from the previous period are not carried forward.
• You may cancel at any time; your access and your remaining credits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments are collected by Lemon Squeezy, LLC., our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to the purchase and Lemon Squeezy issues the invoice and handles any applicable tax. Your card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are never stored on our systems. Prices are set in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record, the charge on your card or bank statement reads LEMSQZY*INTACTSHOT rather than “IntactShot” on its own — some banks print it with different capitalisation, spacing, or shortened. If you see a charge you do not recognise, this is almost always why; see our Refunds & Cancellation page for how to resolve it faster than a bank dispute would.

Your subscription renews automatically. A monthly plan is charged every month and a yearly plan every year, on the anniversary of your first payment, at the price of the plan you are on, until you cancel. The exact next charge date is shown on the Billing page in the app. To cancel, open that page and press Manage subscription, which opens Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal where the subscription can be cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — it is not an immediate cut-off and it does not produce a partial refund of the current period.

Immediate access and the right of withdrawal. By subscribing you expressly request that we make the Service available to you straight away, within any cooling-off period that would otherwise apply, and you acknowledge that once we have done so — that is, once your credits are on your account and you have spent any of them — you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for that period. If you are an EU or UK consumer, this is the exception in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; if you are a consumer in Türkiye, it is Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. If you have not spent any of the period’s credits, we still refund in full within 14 days — see our Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Before disputing a charge, please contact us. Write to support@intactshot.com and we will answer within 3 business days. Almost every dispute we could receive — an unrecognised statement line, a renewal you meant to cancel, a render that failed — is something we can resolve directly and faster than a bank can. Raising a chargeback instead, without contacting us first, may result in the account being suspended.

5. Content and rights

• You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, every image you upload — product photographs and app or interface screenshots alike. Uploading someone else’s brand, logo, product imagery or software interface without permission is prohibited.
• You may use the videos you generate commercially. The images you upload remain yours; we process them only to provide the Service.
• The avatars are synthetic and depict no real person. Every presenter in the library was generated by us from a written description; none is a photograph of, modelled on, or intended to resemble any real, living or public individual. The voice library is licensed to us. You may not use or redistribute either independently of the Service.
• We do not offer face swaps, voice cloning or deepfakes. You cannot upload a face, and there is no way to make the Service reproduce a specific person’s appearance or voice. Videos are generated only from the fixed avatar library and the fixed voice library.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• produce misleading, deceptive or unlawful advertising;
• impersonate a real person, or imply their endorsement, without their consent;
• produce hateful, harassing, sexual or violent material;
• reverse-engineer the Service, abuse it programmatically, or place excessive load on our infrastructure.

Our AI Content Policy forms part of these terms and sets out in detail what the Service may and may not be used to produce. Breaching it is a breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that AI output will reach any particular level of quality, accuracy or commercial performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date it took effect at the top. A change that materially reduces what you get or increases what you pay does not apply to a billing period you have already paid for; it takes effect from your next renewal, which you are free to cancel beforehand. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Denizli, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Questions: support@intactshot.com.
