Founding 100 Terms
Founding 100 is a launch campaign. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refunds & Cancellation policy; where this page is silent, those apply.
Who qualifies
The first 100 customers to start a paid monthly subscription while seats remain. Seats are allocated in the order payments complete, and the number remaining is shown live on our home page. When the last seat goes, the campaign closes and the offer is withdrawn.
A seat is allocated only after a payment actually completes. Starting a checkout, or a payment that fails, does not hold one.
What the price is
- 50% of the current list price, for as long as your subscription stays active. This is a percentage, not a fixed amount: if our list prices change, you continue to pay half of whatever they then are.
- Monthly plans only. Yearly plans are not part of this campaign — they already carry two months free.
- Changing plan keeps it. Moving between monthly plans, up or down, carries the founder price with you.
- ⚠️ Switching to a yearly plan ends it. The founder price cannot be applied to a yearly plan, so a switch means paying the ordinary yearly price, and switching back to monthly later does not restore it.
How long it lasts
For as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. A failed payment that is recovered on the same subscription is not an interruption.
Cancelling ends the founder price permanently. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you subscribe at the ordinary price — even if the campaign is still open.
The founder price is tied to your account and is not transferable to another account, person or company, and does not survive deletion of your account.
Your founding number
Founding members receive a permanent number — first customer is number one, and so on.
Your seat is held from the moment you pay, but the number itself becomes permanently yours 14 days later, once the refund window in our Refunds & Cancellation policy has closed and the subscription is still active. Until then your seat is reserved and cannot be taken by anyone else, and we do not show the number.
- A refund inside those 14 days releases the seat, and it returns to the campaign.
- A chargeback or dispute after the number has been confirmed ends founding member standing, and the number is not reissued to anyone else.
- If you cancel later, you keep the number and the badge as a record. The price does not come back with them.
Founder access and consultation
Founding members are the group we ask first when deciding what to build, and may be offered early access to selected new features — by email, or wherever you already speak to us.
⚠️ This is not a commitment to a timeframe, to a particular feature, or to free access to anything. Nothing is promised beyond the price and the number above, and no part of the product is withheld from non-founders because of it.
Changes and ending the campaign
We may close the campaign at any time, and it closes on its own once the last seat is taken. Plans, prices and credit allowances may change; founding members continue to pay 50% of whatever the then-current price of their plan is, which is the whole of what this campaign guarantees.
If we ever have to withdraw the founder price for a reason other than the ones above, we will tell affected members before the next charge, and cancelling in response is free at any time.
